CITY TOUR LIMA
Guided tour along the most important places in Lima that contributed to its history. The tour begins in the Historic Center of Lima, city tour the San Martin Plaza, Plaza Mayor, Palace of Government, Basilica Cathedral, Archiepiscopal Palace, Municipal Palace, Church of Santo Domingo, where the tombs of Santa Rosa and San Martin de Porres, important saints for the Peruvians, are located and the balconies of the Colonial Lima.
Then we will visit the Church and Covent of San Francisco, the largest monumental compound of colonial art in America and World Cultural Heritage.
Later we will visit the residential districts of San Isidro and Miraflores, to appreciate the difference between the old city and the new and modern Lima, without leaving behind our rich history, which can be appreciated in this zone of Lima too, represented by the Huaca Pucllana, a ceremonial and administrative center of the Lima Culture, The park of El Olivar of San Isidro, with olive trees brought in from Spain. Miraflores’ Central Park and Larcomar, a tourist and entertainment center, symbol of modern Lima and privileged spot to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Lastly, return to the hotel.
